Jr Athlete, youth summer training program
Jr Athlete Program - Youth Strength and Endurance Summer Training at Stonebriar Fitness Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm-2pm June 2nd - Aug 6th $35/class Help your youth athlete train smarter and perform better. This program focuses on safe, age-appropriate strength training that builds strength, speed, and explosive power for sports. Athletes also learn movement techniques that help reduce the risk of injury. With progressive training development, participants will grow stronger and more confident each week. We will track progress throughout the 2 month summer program to see improvements.

Fit Kids Summer Class
Fit Kids! Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays through the summer After Camp, 3:15pm - 4:15pm $25 / class No need to participate in a Kids Day camp to join for fit kids. If your child is attending one of Stonebriar's camps, we will walk them over to fitness after for an hour of air-conditioned fitness and fun. One of our Personal trainers will take the kids through age-appropriate exercises, games, obstacle courses, etc. to be sure to burn some energy off.
